Our Reports

This page is dedicated to showing how Healthwatch is making a real difference to peoples’ experiences of health and care services in North Lincolnshire.

Enter and View Reports
Under the Healthwatch regulations, local Healthwatch organisations have the power to ‘Enter and View’ providers so that we can observe how services are being delivered. The purpose of the visits are to identify good practice that can be celebrated and shared with others, and to identify any issues raised by service users.
Below are the reports of the Enter and View Visits Healthwatch North Lincolnshire has made.

Virtual Engagement Reports
During the COVID-19 pandemic Healthwatch had to operate differently than in years previous to gather the views and experiences of our local communities.
To understand how the changes made impacted those who delivered and those who received care, we conducted Virtual Engagements to select Residential Care Homes in North Lincolnshire.
Project Reports
Healthwatch plan and deliver themed projects throughout each year to combat specific issues our local communities face and make recommendations to service providers and commissioners which would help alleviate these issues.
Below are the reports of all the themed projects Healthwatch North Lincolnshire have undertaken so far.
