Existing Healthwatch Partners
The Carers’ Support Centre is a charity that has been supporting Carers for nearly 30 years.
We are here to work with Carers to ensure they receive the right support and information at the right time, enabling them to continue looking after members of their family, friends and neighbours.
They provide a variety of information and advice for carers, in addition to training and wellbeing activities.

The Healthy Lifestyle Service is provided by North Lincolnshire Council and is available for those aged 16yrs+ who live, work or have a GP practice in North Lincolnshire.
The service can help to support clients with things such as maintaining a healthy weight, smoking cessation, reducing alcohol use, becoming more active, and increasing their mental and emotional wellbeing.

Lindsey Lodge Hospice provides care for adults with life limiting illnesses and aims to provide specialist palliative care for day and inpatients to the highest standard, consisting of symptom management, emotional support and end of life care.
We provide a wide range of services including symptom management, physiotherapy and a lymphoedema service, as well as complimentary therapy, nursing and practical care, emergency care, end of life care along with bereavement and family support services.

The Maternity Voices Partnership is group of local parents working together with those who provide and fund maternity care to develop services for people having a baby in North & North East Lincolnshire. Our service user representatives include people who have recently used local maternity services, those with an interest in improving maternity care and others who work with pregnant and new parents, for example providing antenatal classes and other support. An opportunity for local service users to meet with midwives, commissioners and healthcare professionals to influence and guide current services and new developments.

The Scunthorpe Diabetes UK Group offers support and information for everyone with Diabetes and their carers in Scunthorpe and North Lincolnshire. From knowing your diabetes risk, to learning to live well with diabetes, we have a wide variety of support available to you.
Anyone is welcome to get involved. with raising awareness of Diabetes in the local community.
Meetings are held Bi-Monthly, at Scunthorpe Community Wellbeing Hub in Ashby, and are free to attend.
North Lincolnshire Stroke Recovery Service provides practical advice, emotional support and high-quality information following a stroke. Whether you are a stroke survivor, carer or family member, we will work with you to identify and address your physical needs through a personalised plan, and support you to rebuild your life after stroke.
