What would you do?
The Government has announced that the NHS budget will be increased by £20bn over 5 years to 2023.
In January 2019, the NHS in England published an ambitious Long term plan showing how this extra money will be spent.
The NHS want to know what you would do so here is your opportunity to tell them and make your voice heard. It takes only a few minutes but the impact could last a lifetime.
The Long Term Plan sets out what the NHS wants to do better, including providing better support for people with cancer, mental health conditions, heart and lung diseases, long-term conditions, such as diabetes and arthritis, learning disabilities, autism, and for people as they get older and experience conditions such as dementia.
Please complete the survey below if you would like to share your views on long term conditions.
We have easy read printable copies too.
We are holding two focus groups to listen to people’s experiences and views around NHS services in North Lincolnshire.
