NHS Doncaster CCG need help

24/06/2014

NHS Doncaster Clinical Commissioning Group is carrying out a brief survey to find service user views regarding NHS Walk-in Centre services in order to help develop local services around the needs of local patients.

The vision for a Walk-in Centre in Doncaster is the provision of services and facilities that deal with non- life threatening illnesses and injuries - including infections and rashes, fractures and lacerations, emergency contraception and advice, stomach upsets, cuts and bruises, or minor burns and strains - without the need to register or make an appointment. A Walk-in Centre is not designed for treating long-term conditions or immediately life-threatening problems.

Why are they carrying out this survey?

They are inviting you as a patient or potential user of Walk-in Centre services to comment on the type of services that you would like to use as we want to better understand the requirements of patients locally.

Complete the survey through the link here.

Please note that this survey relates to a potential service option for DONCASTER.
