Hard of hearing?
We would like to hear from residents who have been unhappy with the length of time it takes for them to be assessed for their hearing and then the time it takes for them to be fitted, poor repair service etc. at the local hospital Trust.
Part of the NHS 5 Year Forward Plan supports putting hearing services into the community as this is a social issue for patients rather than an illness requiring an acute setting.
If anyone reading this has had what they regard as a long wait or poor service in the last twelve months then please get in touch with HWNL and we will feedback to Specsavers Hearcare. Conversely we also like to hear about good service provision.
