Consultation on the School Nursing Service
North Lincolnshire Council is currently reviewing the School Nursing service provided in North Lincolnshire. The School Nursing service aims to achieve the best health and well-being results for all school aged children and young people. This can be achieved through providing preventative health care support for children and young people and their families, with additional care and support for those who need it.
We are looking at increasing the accessibility of the service, extending the service for young people up to 19 years old, and including the service in creating an integrated 0-19 provision. To help us do this, we need your views. With your help, the council and its partners can develop and improve services for children, young people and their families.
To assist in delivering this we want to consult with all stakeholders and as one part of this consultation process, we have created an online survey. The link to the survey is below. Please take a few minutes of your time to time to share your views and tell us what is good, and what could be improved within the current School Nursing service.
The survey is open until Feb 3rd 2014.
If you have any queries, Julie Poole can be contacted using the details shown on the survey front page.
