Our fabulous research officer will be going on maternity leave shortly so we are looking for someone to join our team temporarily to cover. 

Patient Experience Officer – Temporary to cover maternity leave. Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 pa pro rata depending on experience Hours: 32 hours per week (Part time hours may be considered for the right candidate).

Healthwatch North Lincolnshire are recruiting a Patient Experience Officer on a temporary basis for maternity cover, to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will lead on designing and implementing an approach to gathering the experiences of people of all aspects of their healthcare, including hospitals, GPs, dentists, care homes, and all other health and social care services people can access. You will be responsible for devising different approaches and routes to gathering this feedback, as well as recording and analysing trends in the feedback received. You will also lead on our information and guidance function, ensuring that local people have access to information about health and social care services that is accessible and easy to understand. You will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communications skills. You should have a flexible approach within the team and you will be required to effectively plan and manage your programme of work in line with the wider delivery plan. The ability to effectively record and analyse feedback and activity will also be vital. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
