  North Lincolnshire Adult Information Hub

Adult information Hub (Formally know as Connect to support) is an online service designed to help vulnerable adults live in their own homes longer. Increasingly, people are living longer and want to live independently and not go into care homes. North Lincolnshire Council is assisting these people by changing the way it delivers services to vulnerable adults. It aims to be the first place that anyone who needs information on care and support locally will go. It supports people to make an informed choice about service providers and the support that they may need.
